Summer fruits and candy have mellowed over time to give a soft fruited rose which can be drunk on its own or used as the base for a delicious Kir.

The rosé represents a ‘saignée’ of the pre-fermented free-flow juice of the Merlot grapes from the Teyssier stable of Saint Emilion Grand Crus including the fabled Le Dôme.
