Rich, brambly fruit. | Drinking Dates: 2008 to 2020 | Cépagement: 55% Tannat, 35% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Fer Servadou (35+ year-old vines) | Soil: Clay, silt and stony | Upbringing: 28-day fermentation (21 for the Tannat) then malolactic fermentation in tanks before half the wine is aged in oak barrels for 18 months. |
