Very ripe grapes went into this wine which has seen a lot of oak. The wine is beginning to become balanced now with the oak less intrusive but, clearly, there is a big future ahead for this wine.

300% new oak - new barrels were used for the alcoholic fermentation, the malolactic fermentation and the elevage.
