Tasting Notes: This 1er cru is frank, pure and delicate with a nice progression of fresh aromas such as grapefruit or white flesh fruit. It is not exuberant but very long on the palate. | Drinking Dates: 2010 to 2015 | Cépagement: 100% Chardonnay | Soil: Kimmeridgean clay | Upbringing: The Cote de Lechet is located near a small and charming village of the Chablis vineyard : Milly. The steep slope is facing East and our vines are on two different Kimmeridgien levels. The soil of the top level is very calcareous and the soil of the lower one, more clayey. Wines are blended to give fullness and elegance. | ABV: 12.5% | Food: Fish or chicken |
