Tasting Notes: An enchanting bouquet of raspberries with hints of roses and vanilla. A rich taste in the mouth with smooth tannins that are well balanced with the warmth of the body. It recalls the bark of dried roses, red currents and raspberries.

Fermentations in stainless steel then 24 months ageing in new-to-three year old oak. | ABV: 14.5% | Critic Reviews: '100% Nebbiolo aged two years in new Allier barriques then 12 months in bottle before release. 2,500 bottles produced. Pale ruby with a pale rim. Very light Nebbiolo scent with a little bit of oaky richness. Lovely bite, very obvious light tannins, on the end. This is very sensitive to temperature and should not be served too warm.
