Tasting Notes:
Sweet fruit, very ripe, typical of the Cristia wines from 2010 tasted so far. Big but not overblown with lots of red/black fruits, spice and garrigue. Long and rich.

Cépagement:
80% Grenache, 20% Syrah
Soil:
Small pebbles on blue loam
Upbringing:
In concrete vats for Grenache and barrels for Syrah in 2 and 3 year old barrels for 6 months. ECOCERT.
