Tasting Notes: Tasted just two days after bottling, this already had a lovely rich, warm and inviting nose. A little woody still but attractively so. Some good black fruit here, quite modern in style - Stef has been moving in this direction since the middle of the last decade.

'Dark crimson. Big broad and glossy on the nose. Lots of sweet, ripe fruit flavours nicely shoehorned into a suitable corset. Dry finish. Appetising though and with sufficient fruit in the middle.' 16/20 (Jancis Robinson MW)
