Tasting Notes:
The hot 2017 vintage witnessed extremely low yield but produced some excellent wines as a result. This has lovely old-vine Grenache, it offers very aromatic sweet red fruits, tar/liquorice with plenty of depth.

Drinking Dates:
2022 to 2028
Cépagement:
75% Grenache, 25% Syrah.
Soil:
Stony terraces on clay and sandy soils.
Upbringing:
The grapes are manually harvested. Upon arrival in the cellar, the grapes are sorted, crushed and vatted. The fermentation is quite long and the extraction is done by manual punching down. After the malolactic fermentation and blending, the wines are aged in oak Foudres and barrels for a year.

14.5%
