Tasting Notes: Very intense and persistent nose with hints of apricot and apple, ending with chamomile. Good mouthfeel, well-balanced. Good food wine.

The wine matures for 18 months in barriques of which 30% are new and 70% used so as to not to extract too much oak during the process.
