Tasting Notes: Lively red cherry fruit, very easy tannins (!) - almost the Beaujolais of Madiran if such a thing is possible - but the attack belies the depth of fruit and body of this wine. Time will tell! | Drinking Dates: 2009 to 2014 | Cépagement: 80% Tannat, 20% Cabernets | Upbringing: Owner Patrick Ducournau created micro-oxygenation which is the only reason this wine is so drinkable at such a young age! | Critic Reviews: "Almost black with a nose well marked by preserved fruits, eau-de-vie fruits and spices, a strong but frsh and stylish palate, well-balanced and long." 2 stars ( Guide Hachette) |
