Tasting Notes: Intensely perfumed with floral notes of violets together with rich dark fruits. A big, concentrated wine but still retaining Dolcetto's delicacy. Drink now or hold back - this is a Dolcetto that can age (although Enrico recommends drinking it within three years or so of the vintage). One of the best Dolcetto wines I have tasted.
