Tasting Notes: Described as "Mosto d'Uva Parzialmente Fermentato" - from partially fermented grapes - this is low alcohol but the flavours are bright. Light ruby red in colour with a gentle spritz. A typical Brachetto nose of rose and musk which follows through onto the palate accompanied by a good balance between light alcohol and sugary residue with an aftertaste of flowers and fruit. Serve chilled. | Cépagement: Brachetto (harvested in October 2011) | Soil: Clay | Upbringing: The wines is vinified in stainless steel tanks.
