Tasting Notes: Essentially a blend of Grenache and Syrah, this new cuvee from the team at Juvenal has got off to a flying start. The quality of the fruit goes without saying here but, of those in any doubt, it is fairly full and very warming, precisely what a Grenache-based wine should offer. What struck me above all else was the texture of this wine. Grenache can tend towards heaviness at times but here the balance is near perfect and the smoothness of this wine is so very good. This is a glass that doesn't get put down.
