Tasting Notes:
Rich, sweet Grenache but no jamminess. The Syrah from both barrel and vat would be fabulous on its own. Rich and chewy, the barrel-aged version is stunning brimming over with black fruit with hints of vanilla. The Mourvèdre is less forward and more structured with spicy, peppery characters. Clearly a very long wine.

2014 to 2020
Cépagement:
50% Grenache, 35% Syrah, 15% Mourvedre (30hl/ha)
Soil:
Vineyards in slopes and plateaux. Terroir composed by a mix of clay and sand, covered with pebbles

Traditional wine-making in stainless still vats. Crushed and destemmed grapes. Fermentation temperature: 30°C. 18 days of vatting with pigeages.

Beef, pork or veal.
