Deep cherry red colour with aromas of red berries, vanilla and a touch of toffee which follow through to the palate where there is good structure and medium length.

Grenache with Cabernet, Syrah and Merlot.

Harevested at the start of September. Modern practices are followed with separate vinification of each variety then malolactic fermentation in barrel prior to six months ageing in a selection of barrels from France, central Europe and America.
