Tasting Notes:
Intensely fruity with chalky tannins. Good acidity.

Cépagement:
40% Grenache, 30% each Syrah and Cinsault.
Upbringing:
No added sulphites. A natural approach to winemaking to let the fruit express itself. Vinification at low temperature and short maceration. Short ageing of 4 months in a concrete tank.
