As is consistent with all the Manzone range, the fruit dominates here although there is no doubting the impact of the tannins lurking in support of the sweet cherry flavours. Lots going on here. Barolo as it should be!
2016 to 2026
Maceration with the skins for 15 days at 28-31°C. Aged 50% in 25 Hectolitres casks, 50% in 700 litre barrels for 24 months. Bottled 36 months after the harvest
